Project Management

What We Do:

  • Manage projects throughout all delivery stages.
  • Ensure project deadlines and quality requirements are met or exceeded.
  • Proactively communicate with clients about that status of commitments and deliverables, ensuring that appropriate expectations are being set and risks are being escalated in a timely manner.
  • Help ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing insights into progress of delivery and by resolving blockers as they occur.
  • Monitor and report on progress of assigned projects to customer and internal stakeholders.
  • Implement and manage project scope changes to achieve desired project outputs.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for customer’s questions and concerns on project tracking and delivery, including billing inquiries.
  • Conduct project post-mortem evaluations and assessment of results to identify lessons learned and incorporate to help refine Project Management best practices.
  • Contributing on the improvement of the Project Management processes.

  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level.
  • Ability to establish and maintain high level of customer trust and confidence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to track multiple projects running in parallel.
