What We Do:
- Manage projects throughout all delivery stages.
- Ensure project deadlines and quality requirements are met or exceeded.
- Proactively communicate with clients about that status of commitments and deliverables, ensuring that appropriate expectations are being set and risks are being escalated in a timely manner.
- Help ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing insights into progress of delivery and by resolving blockers as they occur.
- Monitor and report on progress of assigned projects to customer and internal stakeholders.
- Implement and manage project scope changes to achieve desired project outputs.
- Serve as a first point of contact for customer’s questions and concerns on project tracking and delivery, including billing inquiries.
- Conduct project post-mortem evaluations and assessment of results to identify lessons learned and incorporate to help refine Project Management best practices.
- Contributing on the improvement of the Project Management processes.
